Just the thing when pull in off the road hungry, tired, and thirsty! The net effect is that the handful of restaurants are inundated with folks trying to eat dinner and have a cocktail resulting in two hour waiting times.
The only other exception to this rather odd restriction is in and around the pool area. Under the Louisiana Covid restrictions, this facility cannot serve drinks unless you are dining or actively playing in the casino. Fair warning to travelers to this facility.
